Refund Policy
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
If your order has not shipped, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order or issue a refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a new kit by emailing support@behealthyr.com with your kit ID and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
